From the bus station:

As you get off your bus go towards the Grushevskogo Ave (east, to the right of the bus station), from the right hand you will pass the Central Market. When you reach the Grushevskogo Ave, cross it and go right and then go always straight (north), you will pass the Central Market Main Entrance from the right hand and a Bank and a Drugstore from the left. Go always straight up till the Chervonoarmiyska street, then turn left, then go straight to the Lesi Ukrainka street, turn right, go one block and turn left, go straight to the crossroad Schevtchenko street, at the right hand you will see a 9 floor building, enter the courtyard, you must see the arch, go though the arch and just right enter the porch #1, take the 4 floor and ring the Ap. 11 (a wood door with mirrors). Welcome!!!

From the train station: 

As you get off your train, go the road Chervonoarmiyska that is a little left from the train station and go always straight till the Lesi Ukrainka street, on the crossroad of Chervonoarmiyska and Lesi Ukrainka street, turn right and walk 1 block, then turn left and go another 1 block, from the right side you will see a 9-floor building, enter the courtyard, you must see the arch, go though the arch and just right enter the porch #1, take the 4 floor and ring the Ap. 11 (a wood door with mirrors).
