Letter of Invitation for Ukrainian Visa for the fee of 30 US$ only

We provide a stamped official invitation letter together with the hostel booking.

• If are going to book a hostel in Kiev or Sevastopol. lviv with us, then you will pay only 30 US$ for the letter of invitation.
• If you are not planning to stay with us and you just need letter of invitation to obtain Ukrainian visa. The only extra fee you will have to pay is online booking of the hostel through website www.hostelsclub.com. (which will cost you 1 Euro per night for the booking). This way you are getting online confirmation for booking accommodation in Kiev. There are no obligations for cancelling the hostel.

When entering Ukraine, passport control will ask you to provide a valid address of your stay in Ukraine. So, just make sure you have it in hand. You will have to fill in the immigration form.

So,how it works?

· Full name

· Passport number

· Issued date

· Expiry date

· Issued place

· DOB

· Nationality

· Place of residence

· Dates of stay in Ukraine

· Country in which you will be applying for visa

1. After that you will be advised how to book a hostel in Kiev/Ukraine to get online confirmation for booking accommodation
2. Then you will have to pay only 30 $ for the invitation letter through Western Union (directly via any bank in the world)
3. Once we have received confirmed payment (MTCN – Money Transfer Control Number), we will send you your letter of invitation in JPG or PDF format by mail.
4. If you like to have an original invitation letter, we can send it to you by registered mail (please, contact us for delivery cost to your country, usually it’s around 10 US$)

We currently offer business/tourist visa assistance to the citizens of the following countries:

• Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, South African Republic, Honk Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.

Unfortunately we don't serve:

• African countries (except SA);
• India;
• Bangladesh.

  Ukrainian Consulate in some counties don't issue tourist visas at all - before contacting us please inquire with the Ukrainian Consulate in your country as on what exactly do you need to apply for Ukrainian visa
