Whilst the staff working during the day were accommodating, the night shift receptionist was horrible and downright mean ! He verbally berated me and my friends on the first night. Due to this interaction , it caused me crippling anxiety to walk past the front desk for the duration of my stay and overall made my time incredibly unpleasant. To add they do not have a fridge in the entire hostel which further inconvenienced my stay.

St Christopher’s Inn Paris – Canal This outstanding hostel is everything a backpacker could want. A block from the metro, along a lovely canal and the atmosphere is warm, diverse, and social.Welcoming doorman (smiling but vigilant) and signage with security protocol underscore the level of safety provided for clients. The professional, dedicated, multilingual staff works non-stop to keep guests happy and comfortable. Shout out to Seed, BJ, Omar, Alexia and Ella for their stellar work.

We like that each of their beds has an under-bed locker, privacy curtains, a reading light, and two power outlets. This hostel contains a bar and club, with discounts on drinks and what visitors assure us is "good-value, yummy food."
