First of all, I came in front of the address and pressed all buttons and there was NO sign that the hostel existed. After waiting 20+ minutes outside, I found an email (which looked like a scam) from them. I was then met and checked in. There is no lift and SO many sets of stairs up and down (note if you have a foot injury as I did for example). My worst, worst thing which I emailed to the management was that I paid for an all-MALE dorm and I walk in to 2 females in there. 0 reasoning 0 response, I tried emailing them and asking for a refund, where I was told “we take threats seriously”. Avoid this place if possible. 2 guys next to me in the room were also complaining about the communication, entrance, “all male(?)”, etc. they had the chance to fix their impression with me, but only made it worse. I will never be staying here again as I come to Dublin often and just wanted to try a new place :)
