We'd booked a private ensuite room because we were travelling with two children. The door didnt lock from the inside. The reception staff we friendly enough but when we came back down they were stood just outside the main door smoking so the reception area stank of cigarette smoke. The room itself was dirty with dirt all around the edges of the room, the bed sheets and duvets had stains. There is a lot more but limited to the number of characters I can write.
