Welcome to Itaca Hostel!!!, Situated on a quiet street just off Cathedral Square, right in the historic all city (Gothic quater) it is in the perfect location to be your oasis in the centre of this vibrant city. Stay with us while you are in Barcelona and be dancing distance from the best this city has to offer, including live music, art galleries, nightclubs, traditional restaurants and the beach!
Our goal is for you to have a complete experience in Barcelona so we organize various activities to enjoy as a group; a flamenco night, how to prepare good sangria, testing your palate to win in a wine tasting, to see the best views of Barcelona at sunset and enjoy dinner with new friends.
If you want to find out a little more about Barcelona and its history, we have a free walking tours everyday. Its a great opportunity to meet new people and find those hidden gems in the backstreets of our lovely city.
Our staff will always be happy to swap stories, give recommendations and enjoy together all the day and night activities we organize everyday so you can always make friends.

We have worked hard to create a tranquil environment inside the hostel so that you have a quiet space to retreat to when you need a rest.

Beware of bedbugs! I got bitten every night and just hope that I'm not bringing them home. Other than that a really good hostel with a well-equipped kitchen, nice vibe, helpful staff, clean facilities (except for the infested beds) and a very central location. I really hope they get the bedbug-situation in hand.
